Quillville is a town, a region, and a state-sized error in the record.
Its boundaries are inconsistent. Its internal regions are contradictory. Its documentation resists consolidation.
The archive classifies Quillville as a single corrupted jurisdiction composed of multiple active regions. These regions are not separate from Quillville. They are how Quillville manifests. Records originating here do not remain contained.
